Origami Earth

An integrated and comprehensive app suite for regenerative design

The Origami Earth assessment, planning and design applications suite are integrated cross-platform software that will be sold via a tiered subscription model. We are targeting regenerative, permaculture, ecological, architectural and engineering designers who utilize whole systems approaches to planning and design. Our products are crafted to appeal to students, professionals, property owners, design firms, and institutions. We are currently approaching the release of our broader market entry-level app, Origami Earth Field Designer in Q4 2026. Origami Earth Pro is being developed for release in Q3 2027.

Our software includes:

  • Specialized GIS Mapping built on Mapbox. Powerful 2D and 3D geolocated mapping and design with:
    • Assessment tools, zone and sector analysis
    • Entry level 2D/3D CAD including drawing, measurement and manipulation tools
    • 3D asset model library by categories plus model import
    • A large surface materials pattern library
    • Various basemaps including topography, satellite and standard with 3D buildings and vegetation
    • Sun and atmospheric settings and animation, advanced layer manager, and more.
  • Field – data collection from multiple sources, including:
    • Mobile app uses the camera, augmented reality for marking field points, drawing lines, measuring area, capturing field notes with photos and viewing design elements using the “sight” function
    • High precision RTK GNSS GPS units that record topography and measure layouts using mobile app
    • Drone survey lidar and photogrammetry and other data

  • A user –friendly, professional grade 2D/3D CAD for structural, lanscape and engineering design.
    • Draw, measure, manipulate and create 3d design elements like structures, piping and other infrastructure with ease
